Valley Food Service Employees Honored

Erinn Taylor of Visalia, Larry Gunderman of Tulare and Kent Bush of Bakersfield, all employees of Valley Food Service, were honored at the Premier Club Sales and Merchandising Awards show Jan. 14-17 in Hollywood.
The event recognizes outstanding sales and merchandising work by individuals working for more than 160 regional food service distributors.
Taylor was one of 15 people nationwide to earn the Merchandising Excellence Award. Gunderman, a sales representative, received a specialized distributor award. And Bush was among 50 sales reps to receive the Sales Excellence Award, and one of just a few to be a two-time winner.
Valley Food Service is a full-service distributor of frozen foods, deli products, canned goods and other items to San Joaquin Valley restaurants and food service groups.
